EXCHANGE POLICY
ONE TRACK MIND ACCEPTS EXCHANGES ONLY FOR DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS.
1. Eligibility
Exchange Window: 10 days from delivery date.
Strict Conditions:
Exchanges are solely for defects (e.g., broken straps, holes not part of design, manufacturing flaws).
No exchanges for size, color, fit, or change of mind.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
Final sale items (discounts, sale, personalized products) are ineligible.
2. How to Request
Email order@onetrackmind.run with:
Subject: [DEFECTIVE EXCHANGE] [Order Number]
Proof of defect: Clear photos/video of damage.
Receipt or order number (mandatory).
3. Exchange Process
We approve/deny requests within 48 hours based on defect proof.
If approved: We email a prepaid return label and return the defective item using the label.
Upon receipt: We inspect the item, ship the exact same model (or equivalent if sold out), cover all shipping costs.
4. Critical Rules
No refunds – replacements only.
No exchanges for non-defective items (e.g., wrong size/color).
If original model is unavailable, we’ll offer:
Same model in different color, or different model of similar value (with your approval).
5. Denied Requests
Items failing these conditions will be returned to you at your expense.
